You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for use in your business. While we grant you full rights to use this generated content, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be unique or copyrightable
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of generated content
• Similar content may be generated for other users

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTHREACTOR.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
